Associate Programme Management Officer

Rina Ito is working on National Urban Policy, Legislation, Governance and other associated areas of work. She holds a master’s degree in Development Administration and Planning from University College London and a bachelor’s degree in Area Studies from Tokyo University of Foreign Studies. Before joining UN-Habitat, she worked in Sierra Leone at UNOPS as Project Management Support Senior Analyst on urban resilience and disaster risk reduction project and renewable energy project. Rina is fluent in English, Japanese and Mandarin Chinese.
