Anuradha is an urban specialist working in the policy workstream under the Policy, Legislation and Governance section of UN-Habitat. She has been working on the National Urban Policy Programme in Myanmar since 2018, based in Yangon. She holds a master’s degree in International Planning and Development from Cardiff University, UK and a bachelor’s degree in architecture from University of Mumbai, India.Before joining UN-Habitat, she worked in India at Mumbai Environmental Social Network as an urban researcher and architect on various urban projects related to slum upgrading, public space development and waste management. Anuradha is fluent in English and Hindi.
