UN-Habitat (PLGS) showcased the role of city diplomacy and multilevel governance to support climate action. The session featured the role of local decision-makers from Kenya, Liberia, Ethiopia and South Africa in international relations to support the implementation of international policies such as the Paris Climate Agreement and the current debate on financing African cities.
